The Honorary Secretaries and Treasurers include Cyril Francis Burnard, Pelham La Trobe Foster, Harral Thompson, Evelyn Herbert (Hon Treas.), Harry Gordon Selfridge, R C Hutton (Hon. Treas.)
Several loose sheets laid in loose at the back including a receipt from R. G. Paget & Son for the hire of a temporary ball room, 20 June 1920..
