Scope and content
Wallington, Cambo, Morpeth. - Sent the photos [of Julian] to Mary; she says she is keeping 'the smiling one' so presumably is returning the other to Elizabeth. Caroline likes her own very much. Wonders how Elizabeth is getting on [with her search for a new nanny]. Has had a letter from Bob at the Lakes. There is an 'immense' group at Cambo; hopes they enjoy it. She and Sir George must be getting older, as they like being quiet more and more.
