She went about very little at Burton Court or she would have called at Ronald’s office to ask after them all. She thought of inviting her to Edith Doyle’s for a chat, but there was no time. Has heard that the boys [Colin and Malcolm] are studying at home. Her brother Elkanah was knocked down by a car and is now in a nursing-home, where he has made little progress yet.
