Hopes to assist Milnes over York North Midland Railroad; agrees 'they must not be permitted to become a nuisance to the seats of Country Gentlemen, no money can remunerate a Gentleman for such nuisances'; will do his utmost to thwart plans which threaten Milnes' property.
