Asks how to get in contact with Trevelyan's brother George in order to contribute to his Red Cross organisation in Italy, on behalf of John Yates of Woodhead, Blackburn; he does not know him himself, but they have mutual friends (Prussian Poles). He himself is working on munitions, and has enlisted for the war if he is approved. His family may join him in Liverpool if he is kept on there.
