Thanks him for persuading him to visit New York, enjoyed "La Ceremonie", dinner and the chance to be with him; read the offending chapter on the plane and found it not so offensive after all, as everyone came in for the same treatment, much of it inaccurate, as he pointed out to their archivist, who has regular discussions with the author; is worried about Peter, thinks he should get his apartment and 'workshop' warmer, thinks he should have one doctor who manages the arrangements with all the other doctors; thinks the writer's block will ease when the other worries are eased, tells him he must decide who is to direct and stick to that decision; give dates when he will be away from London in the spring.
