Postscript: Thinks better of approaching Morning Post as testimonial will now reveal himself as author of Thoughts on Traits of the Ministerial Policy under the pseudonym 'A very Quiet Looker-on'; sent copies in 1843 which Milnes praised. Riordon refused payment at that time.
