Typed letters, the first dated 1 June 1972 concerns plans for the recovery of Rimpoche Tulku Sogyal from a tubercular infection in the stomach and his future studies at Trinity College, and his pleasure that his son Tenzing is doing well. A letter 24 Apr. 1978 thanks Marrian for his condolence letter on the death of Tenzing. Accompanied by an undated Christmas card signed Thondup & Hope with a photograph of Khangchendzonga from Dzongri.
