In a modern binding with original gilt label attached, 'TRIN. COLL / ORGAN BOOK.' Paper labels cut and attached to modern endpapers state 'Organ Part / No. 5 / Consisting of / Services' (front) and 'Organ Part / No. 5 / Consisting of / Anthems' (back). The volume has been misbound, with sections of the services bound with the anthems and vice versa. After p 42 in services, the volume has three anthems, and after p. 64 in anthems, the volume has eleven services that belong at the front of the book.
