'A New Song': copy [?] of verse by Thomas Howard, 3rd Earl of Effingham, on his contemporaries: Fitzwilliam, the Duke of Devonshire, Frank [Francis] Foljambe, William Weddell, John Fountayne, [Henry?] Zouch, Pemberton Milnes, Sir Thomas Gascoigne, Jerome Dring, Bacon Frank, [Charles Howard, Earl of] Surrey [later 11th Duke of Norfolk], Perry Wentworth.
