A green duplicated typescript with front cover and Act I sliced out to reveal the first page of Act II with revisions in Shaffer's hand, and many pages of Act III sliced out, though those that remain contains revisions in Shaffer's hand. A triplicate copy of one page is laid in loose inside the back cover. Originally stored in an envelope with the early draft, and possibly the London production script identified on the outside of the envelope.
