Scope and content

Postmarked London S. W., forwarded to Trevelyan from The Shiffolds to c/o Miss Philips, The Park, Prestwich, Manchester. - Has not seen "The Fall of the Leaf" and is delighted to hear she would like to send a copy. Would be happy to take the chair for Trevelyan; asks if the Poetry Society could offer him the choice of two Fridays, as every other Friday afternoon he generally does overseas broadcasting. Has received a card from them, apparently signed 'by a peer with the extraordinary name "Gallowaggle"' [a joking reference to Galloway Kyle, founder and director of the Poetry Society?].
