Accounts for the balls on 11 June 1912, 10 June 1913, 16 June 1914, 9 June 1919, 14 June 1920, and 14 June 1921. The accounts consist of a numbered list with names of attendees, name of the Trinity voucher, and cost of tickets. A summary of expenses appears at the end of each year's list. The Honorary Secretaries and Treasurers include Cyril Francis Burnard, Pelham La Trobe Foster, Harral Thompson, Evelyn Herbert (Hon Treas.), Harry Gordon Selfridge, R C Hutton (Hon. Treas.)

Several loose sheets laid in loose at the back including a receipt from R. G. Paget & Son for the hire of a temporary ball room, 20 June 1920..
