Historique
Harriet was the fourth daughter of Dawson and Mary Turner. She married John Gunn on 27 April 1830. The couple had no children.
‘Mrs. Gunn was the author of “Letters written during a four days’ tour in Holland,” privately printed (the title-page says ‘Not published’) 1834, 8vo. [Edited by Dawson Turner]. In the copy in the British Museum, the illustrations are some of them coloured and others drawn in pen and ink.’ (Turner Family, p. 73)
