Portée et contenu
Wallington, Cambo, Northumberland. - Very glad Elizabeth will come up [to London] with her on the 11th after her visit; asks which train she should catch. Would have been good if Elizabeth had accepted the invitation to come to the Park [to visit Annie Philips] while they were there. They are 'rather agitated about the elections' which are 'not going in favour of the Liberal party'; however, they are not losing ground and may still gain some seats. It 'must seem curious' to Elizabeth. Will be 'curious to see the photographs'.
