Scope and content

Harnham, Monument Green, Weybridge. - Wishes he could come, but his grandmother is visiting. Has not written recently as Trevelyan's last letter seemed so just Forster had little to say in response. Has been lecturing in Cornwall and Devon. Asks if he might see Forster when he is at West Hackhurst next month. Wonders if he has 'discovered' a poet named [Frank Woodyer] Stokoe [his predecessor as tutor to the von Armin children]; has sent something of his to the "Independent".
