Scope and content

86 Walton St, SW3. - Does not know when he last enjoyed reading new poems as much as he did Bob's 'little Christmas garland'; liked them all, but picks out 'the lovely one about the barley' and the "Dandelions" (has always felt 'that compunction about them' himself). Wonders where Bob got 'the lovely bit of Sophocles'; looked in the fragments in "Poetae Scenici" but could not find it. Wonders if Bob has seen his own 'funny little book of epigrams translations etc called "Minima", which has been produced 'so exquisitely' that he 'can't afford to give it away, nor anyone else to buy it'.
