Stocks, Tring. - Thanks Bob: will be very glad to come [to the Shiffolds] and not need to be met. Likes what Bob says about [Theodore Llewelyn Davies] very much, and agrees completely. Did not write the article in the "Manchester Guardian" [1 Aug 1905, pg 7], but it must have been someone who knew Theodore well; is told it was someone at the Treasury, but not of their 'set or acquaintance'.
