Thanks his mother for her letter. The [school] paper comes out on Wednesday, though he had thought it would be last Saturday. The train comes in at 10.27, though it is usually about fifteen minutes late. They played Farnborough on Friday, scoring one goal to Farnborough's two. Is glad the 'Holls [holidays] are so near'. Has finished Archie's book, which is 'very good'.
