Welcombe, Stratford on Avon. - He and Caroline have been making up their accounts for last year, and decided to give her and Robert more help towards Julian's education; they much appreciate the school she has chosen; the happiness of a child is very important, to the child itself and to the parents, and a good school's effects last till the end of a life 'even a life as long as [Sir George's]!'. Would like to pay fifty pounds into Bessie's account at Drummonds', if she has one. Very glad the brothers met in France; George gave them a 'welcome account' of Robert.
