Five loose sheets between ff. 5 and 6 with further play extracts; single sheets between ff. 10 and 11, 13 and 14. Six loose sheets between ff. 14 and 15, including a sheet of headed notepaper from 3 Via Camerata, Florence (home of Bernard Berenson until late 1900). Seven loose sheets between ff. 15 and 16 (one, with 'R. C. Trevelyan, Esq' written on in ink, perhaps originally a label or wrapper for a note).
Back of book: note by Trevelyan of an inscription written 'on a section of fallen [crossed through] felled tree'; scene from play between El[eanor] and Marguerite, then a dialogue between Gautier and Eleanor. Trevelyan drafts précis of a soliloquy by Gautier, which he then composes.
