Rome. - Is to be in London unexpectedly on the 22-24 March, for a meeting of the Federal Union. Asks if he could come to the Shiffolds after that for a day or two; if that is inconvenient because it would be just after Easter, he might possibly be able to go first to Oxford to see d'Eutrèves' wife (d'Eutrèves himself is in America) or stay on in London for coming to see Trevelyan. Asks Trevelyan to write c/o Miss Vanzetti at the Italian Embassy.
