Eager to hear Elizabeth and Robert's plans; hopes they can 'settle on the Leith Hill Site'. George is also looking for a house and having difficulties. Asks her to tell Robert she has read Sabatier, and thinks it 'beautiful French prose, & in a way interesting'.
